Can I bring a Dahon 20" wheel folding bike on a NJ transit bus? ?

I live in North New Jersey, west of New York City. Has anyone had experience bringing a folding bicycle on the bus? I've already looked at the NJ Transit guidelines and it says that there are no bikes allowed on articulated buses (the long ones that bend in the middle) since there are no accommodations, but the bike folded is 13" thick x 15" wide x 32" high so it's about the same size as luggage?

Only bike is allowed on New Jersey Transit's regular bus using bicycle racks or look for express bus route that mostly use Coach Bus. (MCI Coach Bus has compartment for bicycles, but however it is first come, first basic.

COACH USA using MCI Coach like Red & Tan, Shortline Network offers compartment for bicycle as well.

You may try to find out closest Coach USA bus stop or Coach Bus that operates on NJ Transit express bus route.
