NW lost my luggage...compensation?
I flew NW airlines for a trip that lasted tues-sun. I arrived on Tues to find that my luggage had not. I finally recieved my luggage Friday evening, just a day and a half before i left. Needless to say i had to buy things such as cosmetics, shampoo and conditioner, as well as basics like underwear. If i complain about this do you think i will recieve any type of compensation from the airline, such as reimbursement for my purchases, or a discounted flight in the future?
You got your luggage at least. There are some people that really lose there luggage thats the risk you take when you fly.
