Best Flight Crew Luggage?

My boyfriend is a pilot and has just been using cheapo Costco bags. He'll use a bag for a year and then it will break and then he'll take it back to Costco and they'll give him a new one and on and on. His bag just broke again and I would just as soon just get him set up with a good crew bag - maybe one of those with the metal frames or one that has really great pockets/organization. Since he uses it every week, I don't see any reason he shouldn't have a great bag. What do you use? I've looked into Tumis but those are kind of more than I'm looking to spend. Do any of you know anything about Luggage Works? Or Strong Bags?

I actually work part time for Tumi while going to school and the brand is by far the most durable and dependable, it comes with a 5 year warranty that covers wear and tear and manufacturing defects and then a life time of service. I understand you don't want to spend that much but you won't be buying another piece of luggage for another good 10+ years, if you live near a Tumi outlet I would suggest going there and purchasing an older line of Tumi at a lesser price.
