Disney's Magical Express?

I've used this service several times, so I know how it works, but everytime we have arrived in the afternoon. This trip it looks as though our plane will be arriving at 11:54PM so (unless the plane is early) it will be after midnight when we get off the plane. I vaguely remember reading somewhere that they stop the service at midnight but they may make arrangements. Has anyone had this? And if so, did you just get your own luggage?
What I am asking is do they provide transportation on Magical Express for those who arrive after midnight? I know how the Magical Express service works I just dont know if it is open that late.

You wont have to wait long for your bus. Disney is very good with transport, no matter what time. I've arrived at MCO well after 12 and I remember waiting around 10-15 minutes in the bus before leaving. But no problems at all late night.
