Is it true that the "Homeland Security Department" views flatulent people as a threat to airline safety
I heard that people with excessive gas are no longer going to be allowed to fly on commercial airlines because the gas could build up and ignite unexpectedly.
I also heard that Michael Chertoff is considering a ban of Somsonite luggage on commercial flights for fear that gorillas might appear out of nowhere and start jumping on the luggage thus startling passengers so much that they might spill their $15.00 airline cocktails.
Is this true? It MUST be true because I read it on the internet.
A Dallas bound American Airlines flight made an emergency landing at Nashville, today, after a passenger reported a strong odor of sulfur, to a flight attendant.. The FBI interviewed all 99 passengers and was told by a passenger, that she had a "medical condition", which caused excessive flatulence..She then stated she lit several matches to cover-up the odor..The flight then continued to Dallas, however the passenger was not allowed to re-board the flight..
Nothing was said about "HSD", Michael Chertoff, or Samsonite.
