What to take in my hand luggage in a flight from Australia to England? Around 20 Hour flight.?
I'm moving back to england soon. I have a huuuge fear of flying. i have breakdowns and everything. So any suggestions on what to take to keep me occupied? eg: food , ipod ect

Okay first thing to remember is yes you want to be entertained but you have to drag this bag around any airport you stop in so don't overdo it. Don't bring a huge bag. Pack some granola bars and another small snacks as for drinks they will give them to you on the plane so dont worry about that. Bring your ipod and have a playlist ready to go. Watch the in flight movie that they offer. Depending on the airline it will depend if it is free or not. Since it is such a long flight the lights will probably be off so not ideal for reading. But if you wanna throw in a light paper back go right ahead it cant hurt. Just plan on sleeping for most of the flight. Music is by far the best occupier and there are plenty of games and stuff on ipods to keep you entertained. Flying isn't that bad and you will be fine! Hope this helps you out!
