can an armored serurity leally pull a gun if you are not threatening?

I am a Bellman and in uniform for a casino/hotel in las vegas. The guard told me to walk around the truck. When I told him that I couldnt,because I him had to get to the luggage room where he was parked, he then put his hand on his gun while surveilence caught the other guy pull his gun. The guy whopulled the gun is getting fired while the other is stillbeing investigated. My question is can I take any legal action?
