what to do about damaged luggage?
My son had brand new snowboard bag, arrived in Wyoming and three cuts in back, right through the lining, not normal wear and tear.Not on seams, looks like cut purposely, any compensation?
If you where flying call the airline. If you had it shipped call the shipper. They should do something.
