how much will it cost for a weeks' rental on a scooter on Capri, Italy? Is there a charge for bigger than cabin size bags on the ferry from Naples to Capri?

I can't figure out how to take these off.
It's a Honda GoldWing GL1000 luggage set.
I have one key - the key opens the luggage bags but doesn't work to take the bags off of their frame (the key goes in seemingly about half way as if it were too short and does not turn, maybe I'm doing something wrong?).
The key is numbered 425 and all four keyholes are numbered the same.
Do you usually get two keys, one to open the bags and one to take the bags off or do you usually get one key for both?
Is there a button you have to press?
Abra Cadabra didn't work, neither did Open Saysame - I already tried.
I bought this set used from a trusted seller but we are both unfamiliar with how to take these off.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone ever had one blow or burn up in luggage, travel bag, etc...???

Perki...Except that these regs have nothing to do with terrorism. I was mostly wondering if anyone had experience with batterys blowing up, or catching fire. I have had more problems with 9volt alkaline than any other.

Do other countrys require their travelers to do the same, when coming to the US?
