How do I pull a luggage bag?

I know it sounds like a stupid question. I'm going to be travelling and stay in that country for about 2 weeks so I wanted to use a big luggage bag. The only one I found in my house that was big was my grandmas old luggage bag. It's made out of fabric(not leather). It's stiff. I'm used to luggage bags with wheels and a handle. The luggage bag only has a handle at the top and on the side is a strap that clips onto the bag. What's the strap for and how do I pull it? Do I have to carry it from the strap on top?? It sounds stupid but I have never seen a luggage bag like that before.

Most discount and department stores sell inexpensive luggage carts that you can strap your large case to for pulling behind you. The little carts fold flat for storage but they can carry a decent amount of weight. Good luck and enjoy your time away.

Can a chap take empty bullet cartridges in his luggage on a trans-Alantic flight?

I went shooting last year when I was in Texas, and was going to take some of the empty cartridges back to England with me as a souvenir, but thought maybe this might cause me hassle in customs.
Is this allowed?
I wouldn't take them in my hand luggage btw, thats just asking for trouble.

Allowed or not, would it have been worth the risk? You know what those customs officers do if you get a strip search, I hope. Anyway, don't know about you, but souvenirs like that end up rattling in the bottom of a draw for years, you wonder why the hell you keep them yet remain loathe to chuck the damn things out.

A laptop as hand luggage on ryan air as well as a hand bag?

I am flying from Liverpool to Venice tomorrow morning on Ryan air and want to take a hold all to check in, my rucksack and my laptop.

Do you know whether I am allowed to take my laptop in its case and my rucksack as hand luggage?? I don't trust putting it in the cargo thing cause my holdall is very soft and could damage the laptop

How much would a taxi cost from Liverpool Lime Street Station to Royal Liverpool Hospital?

I'm starting university on September and my accommodation is near Royal Liverpool Hospital. I also got a lot of luggage so bus wouldn't really be a good idea.

I'll be in Liverpool Lime Station on 06am. How much will a taxi/cab cost?

Do you know what would be taking the initiative? calling a liverpool taxi firm and asking them. You know, google in the term 'liverpool taxis' and call one of them up and say " Im thinking of taking a taxi from the station to the hospital and wondered how much it would roughly cost?"
