Can I carry pre-cooked meals and food if properly packed in my check-in luggage?

I am visiting Singapore and Malaysia for a week and wish to carry pre-cooked(Home cooked) food for at least a couple of days - All solids only; as I have a very fragile stomach. If I pack the food well in ziplocks or other air tight packaging -- Will I be allowed to do so? Will the airlines allow it? And will the immigration allow it?

How much luggage can I bring when going on the Narita Express (train)?

I am traveling to Japan for about 3 months, and will be taking a lot of luggage with me.

The NEX is one of the trains with the most luggage room. There is a spacious luggage area at the end of each train. There should be enough space for two large suitcases for you, even on a full train.
However, I recommend taking as little as possible with you since there are lots of places to do laundry. And, although there are coin lockers, these are NOT made for North American size suitcases. It is also extremely difficult to find places that can and will store your luggage while you are sightseeing.

should i put a canadian flag on my suitcase?

I will be travelling to europe and the south pacific soon and everybody's been telling me to get a flag for my suitcase, do you think i should, i know were to buy the flags (i already looked in canadian tire) and i already have a luggage tag with the word canada and a moose on it (a chritmas present last year) do you think i should get one? i have nothing against americans but i hear a lot of people in europe don't like them so should i just do it to be safe? thanks

I'd say be original about it.

There are some Americans who put Canadian flags on their luggage as well for just that same reason. Also many places, Americans get overcharged, but if they think you're Canadian, they may not. If you have a big honkin' Maple Leaf on your luggage, some may think you're secretly an American.

Instead, get something like a Canadian sports team sticker, or a Tim Horton's sticker. Or Maybe some saying in Quebec French that has the maple leaf somewhere. Be creative.
