Where can I buy cute, chic, and cheap luggage?

I know I already asked it, but I need more answers. Anyone know where I can *physically* buy (not online) girly and chic luggage for a good price? I don't want designer...

3 week international trip, needs to be something that can stand 10 airport changes (that's back AND forth)...

Okay, so I mean something like the Isaac Mizrahi luggage from Target or www.sammoon.com but plz give me more good stores... (i'm from dallas, tx if that helps)

If you have a Marshalls or TJ Maxx....they usually have good luggage at a decent price. Check the wheels and zippers make sure that they are good quality. I used to be a flight attendant and after having excellant airline issued luggage I can't stand the cheap stuff. Make sure the wheels are like roller blade wheels and not little cheap pieces of plastic. the zippers should go around all corners with ease. I always found the luggage is one of things that you can splurge a little on, it pays off in the long run.
